And I mean, I’m not even going for realism. I’m just want them to be recognizable but inevitably my sketchbooks end up filled with “sorry, matt smith :(” , “gina torres, you deserved much better than this” , “Oh, Ga-in, what have I done?” , “sorry, viggo. i am so, so sorry” , “sorry Tricia” , “william hartnell, I did not mean for this to happen”

I did draw Timothy Olyphant circa Deadwood and it looked pretty decent! I think it’s ‘cause of the mustache.

stupidly, I left them on the table. i doubt any hung over people still at the house will appreciate them. :(

SO I SPENT ALL DAY PAINTING AN OLD FOOTBALL HELMET. Believe it or not, it’s going to get gayer as the grill/guard/idk what it’s called I watch real football is going to be glitter-fied. Some other shit might happen to it too, idk. I might let the internet decide. My friend’s little sister says it needs a unicorn but I think I need to find a way to attatch a unicorn horn to it. ART, OKAY. THIS IS ART.

I’m sad that it doesn’t fit Rufus’ fat head. He would have looked fabulous in it.

The joy boots I asked tumblr advice about sold during intermission last night. I don’t know for how much, though.

Also, I don’t have pictures of them. My friend’s mom took a few of them. I’ll share with the class when/if I ever get those.

tumblr, I have to finish painting these by tomorrow at 6:30pm! They are Joy Boots and will be sold to benefit a scholarship fund I helped start in the memory of a friend of mine who passed away in 2008. 

Please leave me some suggestions/ideas/photo-replies of inspiration? I’m not totally out of ideas but I’d love to have some input from you lot :)

I’m more proud of Project Joy Boots than any other thing I’ve ever been a part of.
